Onboarding
Our VAX admin must add you to our account manually. If you want to become a Universal agent, please email advisor-success@famvia.com to receive an invite.
Once you have access to the VAX Vacation Access portal, you can book both Universal locations (Florida and Hollywood) and a host of other destinations.
Commission
Universal has a fixed commission % for all agencies for all vacation packages and most ticket only purchases. Note: to book ticket only, you must call 1-800-224-3838. Vacation Packages & Tickets can be made via the phone # below or via VAX (including annual passes).
